Almond Flour and Flaxseed Pancakes
Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

4 egg whites

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup milk (any kind)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, ground flaxseeds, and baking powder.

Whisk Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together egg whites, milk, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup.

Mix Together: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Cook Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Serve: Serve warm with your choice of toppings like fresh fruit or yogurt.
Flaxseed and Almond Flour Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
3 egg whites
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup stevia or erythritol
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseeds, egg whites, melted coconut oil, and sweetener. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoons of dough and shape into cookies. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool: Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Berry and Flaxseed Muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
4 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions:Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Flaxseed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
